Corrections Policy

Last updated: August 26, 2026

Accurate travel information matters. A small error in a fare, route, eligibility rule, app instruction, or opening time can cause real inconvenience, so we welcome correction reports from readers, service operators, and local organizations.

How to Report an Error

Please email oomphyedit@gmail.com or use our Contact page.

If possible, include:

  • The URL of the page
  • The sentence, screenshot, price, route, or instruction that may be incorrect
  • Why you believe it is wrong
  • A link to an official source or a clear screenshot showing the updated information
  • The date and conditions under which you checked it

Please remove personal information, account details, booking numbers, QR codes, and payment information from screenshots before sending them.

How We Review Reports

The Oomphyedit Team reviews the relevant section and checks the information against an appropriate primary source whenever one is available. Depending on the subject, that may include a Korean government agency, airport, transit operator, official app help center, business website, or a new firsthand check.

We may contact the sender for clarification, but we cannot guarantee a personal reply to every message. A correction request does not automatically result in a change if the available evidence is incomplete, applies only to one unusual case, or conflicts with a more authoritative source.

How Corrections Are Displayed

When a meaningful factual error is confirmed, we correct the article and update its modified date. If the error could have materially affected a reader’s travel decision, we may also add a brief correction note explaining what changed.

Minor spelling, grammar, formatting, broken-link, and clarity edits may be made without a separate correction note. Updating an article to reflect a new fare, schedule, interface, or policy is normally treated as a content update rather than a correction, unless the earlier information was already wrong when it was published.

Ongoing Updates

Travel information changes frequently, and older guides are being moved progressively to Oomphyedit’s newer verification format. A “Last verified” date applies only to the information reviewed at that time and is not a guarantee that every linked service will remain unchanged.
